My firm is working with a growing fitness club. They are looking for an AGM

This role will be responsible for Team & People Management:

• Maintains managerial oversight for the front desk
• Recruits, interviews and hire staff
• Schedules all front desk employees

Front Desk Management

• Connect with members
• Assist in driving monthly and yearly financial performance of the club

Facilities Management - including safety, cleanliness, organized, well stocked, etc

You must have:

• Leadership and people management including leading, coaching and motivating teams to achieve goals and objectives in a consumer-facing service-oriented environment in the fitness industry

This role is onsite daily
