High performers may advance into roles such as: Maintenance Manager, Senior Maintenance Manager, Regional Maintenance Manager, Reliability Program Manager, Building Wellness Manager.As an Assistant Maintenance Manager, you'll serve as a key bridge between site teams, senior leadership, and our client with strong visibility and advancement potential.A Typical Day IncludesMulti-Site Leadership Oversee maintenance operations across multiple facilitiesEnsure each site meets high standards for safety, uptime, and efficiencyTravel between sites as business needs requireMorning Operations Lead daily team briefings to review priorities and safety updatesAddress open issues from previous shiftsWork Order Management Evaluate, prioritize, and delegate preventive and corrective maintenance workAlign assignments with technician skill sets and workloadFacility Walkthroughs Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment issues, safety risks, and housekeeping gapsDrive proactive problem resolutionSafety & Compliance Champion a strong safety cultureLead safety audits, training, and compliance initiativesData & Performance Analyze maintenance KPIs and performance metricsPrepare reports and communicate insights to leadershipTeam Development Coach and support maintenance techniciansConduct performance reviews and support training initiativesWhat We're Looking ForRequiredBachelor's degree or 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience3+ years leading maintenance teams in an industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environmentStrong knowledge of safety programs and complianceExcellent communication and organizational skillsMulti-site maintenance leadership experience REQUIRED (must have)PreferredExperience with conveyor systems and/or robotic maintenance environmentsBackground supporting distribution or fulfillment operationsCompensation & ScheduleSalary: $95,000 $115,000 annuallyBonus: 10% incentive opportunitySchedule: Based on site needs; flexibility required including on-call support across multiple locationsJoin Cushman & Wakefield Services and help drive operational excellence across a multi-site environment.
