As an industry leader in Integrated Maintenance Solutions, C&W Services supports more than 600 companies worldwide and is a sister company of Cushman & Wakefield.Why Join Us?We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, including:Weekly payBenefits starting on Day 1Ongoing training, development, and career advancement opportunitiesA clean, state-of-the-art facilityA strong safety-first cultureAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager with a background in Reliability Engineering to lead a team focused on maximizing equipment life, reliability, and operational performance.You will support operations within a fast-paced, high-growth logistics and fulfillment environment, working with equipment such as conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, robotics, print-and-apply systems, and SCADA systems.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and plan work activities for inventory control and maintenance planning technicians to meet North America Customer Fulfillment (NACF) goalsServe as the first level of escalation support for maintenance planning and inventory control teams, ensuring system and spare parts availabilityPartner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Start-Up Teams, Reliability, Central Planning, ACES, and Safety teams to optimize building systems and drive project executionMonitor equipment reliability metrics and prioritize maintenance and improvement initiativesLead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Permanent Corrective Actions (PCA)Identify opportunities to improve equipment uptime, reliability, and cost efficiencyLeverage predictive and condition-based maintenance tools to minimize unplanned downtimeSupport technical skill assessments for maintenance team membersParticipate in reliability calls and collaborate with central reliability teams to execute initiativesAct as a communication bridge between site teams and central reliability leadershipPromote and enforce a strong safety culture across employees, contractors, and vendorsProvide technical guidance to maintenance technicians to align with operational goalsManage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure delivery against expectations and contractsSupport the Maintenance Manager in executing short- and long-term site projectsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving opportunitiesPerform data analysis and deep dives to identify key improvement areasDeploy and enhance predictive maintenance programs (Thermography, Vibration, Ultrasound)Develop and share best practices across sitesBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience5+ years of experience in a Reliability Program Manager or similar role5+ years of leadership experience, including team management, budgeting, supplier management, and customer relationsExperience with CMMS systems and reportingProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)Experience with MHE, controls systems, PIT, and general building operationsProject management experienceExperience delivering technical trainingKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools, including:5S5 WhysFMEAPDCAValue Stream MappingDMAICRun ChartsPareto AnalysisPreferred QualificationsStrong communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsAdvanced analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to translate complex requirements into scalable processesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProven ability to lead, motivate, and build accountability within teamsExperience managing teams in industrial environments with conveyors, process controls, and powered industrial trucksStrong written and verbal communication, including negotiation and conflict resolutionAbility to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organizationExperience in field service engineeringExperience with conveyors and sortation systemsSix Sigma certificationFormal training and experience in Root Cause Analysis facilitationPMP certificationTechnical Expertise:Electrical and electronic principlesBlueprint and electrical schematic readingCMMS systems supporting RCA initiativesPreventive maintenance proceduresIndustrial electrical, controls, and robotics systemsIf you're passionate about reliability, leadership, and driving operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
