Job Description Position Summary This position primarily involves assisting with all functions of the maintenance department for the facility. This includes equipment, electrical, plumbing, and groundskeeping. Compensation The expected hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour , based on experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain and keep all equipment in good working order with minimal production downtime. Identify, install, repair, troubleshoot and maintain all electrical problems. Install, repair, and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Notify supervisor and appropriate personnel of any concerns or malfunctions. Responsible for all aspects of ground keeping. Assist in other areas as needed while ensuring all work is done in compliance with safety standards and regulations Dependability and Initiative Technical Capacity and Job Knowledge Interpersonal and Organizational Skills Time Management Skills Teamwork Safety & Security Required Education/Experience High school diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years old One-year of previous maintenance experience One-year of previous electrical background and experience One to two years’ experience in Industrial Maintenance A combination of education and experience An equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training will be considered.
