Overview Assistant Manager needs are: available day or night. Hours of operations are 9:30am to 2am in most cases. Responsibilities Be a good leader and eager to learn. Lead and support the team during busy periods and manage the rush. Deliver tasks with a sense of urgency to get things done in a timely manner. Assist with math, service, inventory, interviewing, prepping, and cost controls as part of daily operations. Qualifications Good math skills and service skills. Strong desire to be the best with a sense of urgency.
