Role Overview:- We are looking for a dynamic and purpose driven professional to lead stakeholder engagement, community outreach, and strategic communications for our water infrastructure projects. This role sits at the intersection of public relations, sustainability, and social impact, playing a critical role in building trust, enhancing project visibility, and ensuring seamless on-ground executionRoles & Responsibilities:-Develop and manage the stakeholder engagement and outreach strategy, including an annual activity roadmap.Regularly meet key stakeholders (corporators, clients, public representatives, influencers, local leaders, etc.) to understand concerns, gather feedback, and sensitize them about the project scope. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.Obtain necessary work permissions from government departments and public authorities in a timely manner.Organize community engagement events on Gender Equality, Social Inclusion, Environmental sustainability and to promote responsible water use and reduce water loss.Capacity building of Internal and external stakeholders.Monitor and encourage positive customer feedbackProvide communication support during any site-related crisis situations.Support Health & Safety team on compliance with SUEZ Health & Safety protocols at all work sites.Organize CSR initiatives in collaboration with local NGOs.Enhance project visibility by regularly developing and sharing content highlighting achievements and milestones with stakeholders.Manage communication across social and traditional media channels.Preferred Candidate Profile:-PG in Mass Communication/Social Work or related degree8–12 yrs experience in Infrastructure/EPC (Water/Urban Infra preferred)Strong government liaison (municipal bodies, permits, approvals)Proven stakeholder management with local leaders & communitiesExperience in CSR / community engagement / social impactHands-on in handling site challenges & crisis situationsStrong communication + reporting + media coordinationExposure to ESG / HSE is a plusFluent in Malayalam (mandatory)
