About the Job: As a member of the Global Consumer Engagement team, the Assistant Manager, GTM Strategy and Media Planning, will assist in developing best-in-class go-to-market strategies for Clinique globally. The Assistant Manager will report directly to the Executive Director of GTM Strategy, Operations and Media Planning. The ideal candidate will have program management experience, knowledge of digital media, demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and a passion for finding unique solutions.

About Your Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & GTM Strategy

Support the marketing campaign planning process end-to-end for new product launches, commercial innovations, and high traffic moments. This includes briefing, gathering requirements/relevant documents, facilitating, and providing feedback on the creative asset development process to be aligned with channel-specific best practices and market needs, communicating extensively with markets, executing breakthrough go-to-market strategies and post-campaign analysis.

Work with Executive Director and 360 team to develop competitive cut-through and actional GTM activation strategies for all launches.

Collaborate with the Executive Director in working closely with regional counterparts to understand and support them with strategic global guidelines to ensure holistic launch strategies and proper feedback touchpoints. Lead the connects with the regions to provide a seamless communication flow.

Assist Executive Director in updating and executing the integrated marketing calendar to ensure all programs have the latest timing and communicate to all Clinique teams.

Lead the Clinique newsletter for senior leadership and collaborate with necessary teams.

Support the Executive Director in implementing a seamless Consumer Engagement workflow process with other cross-functional teams and working closely with Creative Ops. Candidate must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects at once.

Work in close collaboration with other departments including Online, Retail, Education, Social, PR / Comms, Product Marketing, Creative and Creative Ops. It is extremely important that the candidate can form partnerships and has good communication skills with other departments.

Media / Analytics

Work closely with the Executive Director to build relationships with our top markets to understand their needs for a comprehensive channel strategy for their acquisition and retention programs.

Assist with our joint business partners to lead initiatives and best practices with our markets.

Assist the Executive Director with monitoring and regularly issuing digital campaign performance reports working with international markets, social & CRM teams, and agencies on collecting results and learnings to optimize future campaigns.

Support the strategic objective of creating a Digital Center of Excellence by sharing best practices and digital insights with our Regional partners.

Stay on top of changing digital behaviors/trends including ad formats and media tactics and complete competitive analyses.
Qualifications

About Your Experiences:

Candidate should have 3+ years of experience.

Strong project management skills, process-orientated and attention to detail

Innovative and willingness to experiment with new concepts and approaches and comes up with creative solutions to difficult problems.

Needs to thrive in a fast-paced environment, oversee multiple projects, have attention-to-detail, and work well with cross-functional teams.

Agency, (including partners such as Google or Facebook) or Brand Marketing Experience preferred with experience in Digital Marketing/Consumer Engagement

Strong communication skills and can relate to a range of people spanning business to creative to technical discipline.

College Degree Required.

Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
