The Assistant Restaurant Manager has the overall responsibility for: Controlling day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team. Maintaining company standards on equipment, facilities, and grounds through a preventative maintenance program. Applicants must have a minimum of six months of Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience with another concept, or be recommended by their current Area Manager. Candidates should have effective communication skills, the ability to analyze data, demonstrate leadership, interpret Profit and Loss Statements, and be computer literate.
