The Mission

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-obsessed leader to serve as the "Right Hand" to our Founder. This role is the heartbeat of the floor—ensuring our hybrid wine and coffee bar runs with excellence for our amazing customer base.

You’ll be responsible for leading a young, dynamic team and turning high-end service standards into daily habits. If you love the fast pace of a morning coffee rush but can pivot seamlessly into the sophisticated energy of a wine bar at night, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Floor General: You are the primary leader onsite when the Founder is away. You’ll manage the "flow" of the room, ensuring the transition from caffeine to Cabernet is flawless and every guest is greeted.
  • Staff Mentorship: You’ll directly supervise a team of 10–15 staff members. You are their coach, their energy-setter, and the one who ensures our "Whisk Standards" are achieved daily.
  • Operational Excellence: You own the opening and closing procedures. You’ll oversee inventory for both our specialty coffee and wine programs, ensuring the bar stays "photoshoot ready" from the first pour to the last glass.
  • The "Health" Metrics: You’ll track daily sales, waste logs, and labor costs, reporting these KPIs to the leadership team weekly to keep the business thriving.
  • Customer Experience: You’ll handle high-level guest relations with the poise and "vibe" expected of a luxury hospitality environment.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

  • The Background: 2–4 years of supervisory experience in specialty coffee or fine dining. (Previous wine knowledge or bar experience is a massive plus).
  • Age Requirement: Must be 21 or older (you’ll be handling the wine program and tastings).
  • Leadership Style: You’re "Firm but Fair." You know how to motivate a younger workforce, keep the energy high, and maintain professional standards without being a "corporate" drag.
  • Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable with modern POS systems, inventory software, and team scheduling apps.

Benefits

Why Join Us?

  • Ground Floor Opportunity: Help scale a unique, rapidly expanding hybrid concept from the start.
  • The Workspace: Work in a creative, beautiful environment that prioritizes craft beverage culture and high-end hospitality.
  • Growth: This is a high-visibility role with a direct line to the Founder—perfect for someone looking to make their mark in the industry.
