The Utility Billing Department has an opening for the Assistant Manager of Utility Billing. Recommends an associate’s degree plus 2 years of additional study supplemented by a minimum of 2 years of experience in a job-related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Under general supervision, assist the Utility Billing Manager and the Utility Billing department with all activities. Provides backup coverage for the Manager of Utility Billing, Customer Service Representatives, Meter Readers, and Utility Billing Support. Must possess a valid S.C. driver’s license.
