This includes document control, field coordination, procurement, and communication with trade partners and vendors.Key Responsibilities:Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and schedule impacts for their discipline.Maintain logs, punch lists, and procurement status.Support the MEP Manager and lead Superintendents with cost tracking, manpower forecasting, and installation verification.Interface with suppliers, trade foremen, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.Requirements:2–3 years of project coordination experience, orConstruction management grads with 1+ year of exposure to field or PM support work.Understanding of the construction lifecycle, especially within MEP systems.Proficiency with Excel, Procore (or equivalent), and strong organizational skills.
