Reporting to the Plant Finance Manager, you will partner with the finance team supporting the Russellville Plant and Supply Chain Finance. You will perform complex financial analysis for assigned areas and present insights and recommendations to management. You will support Finance, Cost Accounting, General Accounting, and Financial Systems activities while providing leadership to less experienced staff and contributing across small ad‑hoc project teams within the plant. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Collaborate with others in the department on communication of weekly and monthly variances related to labor, yield loss, materials usage, product costs, and overhead expense. Contribute to the monthly forecast and the annual financial planning process, including preparation, recommendations, and strategies. Contribute to month‑end close activities to ensure completion of assigned tasks, including identification and timely resolution of unusual items and issues, review of variances, reporting, and journal entry coordination. Partner with Continuous Improvement and Operations teams to identify cost‑savings projects across the plants. Provide financial analysis for new projects and capital requests. Assist the team with financial and internal control audits. Provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed. Serve as a leader to less experienced staff and contribute effectively within small project teams. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field. Five or more years of general business and financial experience. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other data manipulation formulas. Experience working with SAP and data visualization tools. Experience forecasting business expenses. Experience identifying continuous improvement opportunities and making recommendations for enhancement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
