Assistant Pricing CoordinatorJoin the Festival Foods team as an Assistant Pricing Coordinator! This role is for those who enjoy working with details, problem-solving, and contributing to a smooth grocery shopping experience.What You'll Do:As an Assistant Pricing Coordinator at Festival Foods, your responsibilities include:Support the Pricing Coordinator by executing price changes, ad and display updates, and promotional signage throughout the store.Maintain accurate pricing across all store products, ensuring guests receive clear and correct information.Communicate and collaborate with the Store Director, Pricing Director, and department managers to uphold pricing standards and exceed guest expectations.Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests in locating items and answering pricing-related questions.Take the lead in the Pricing Coordinator's absence to keep operations running smoothly.Contribute to a clean, organized pricing department, including work areas, inventory, shelving, and the sales floor.Follow best practices outlined in the Pricing team manual to maintain consistency and efficiency.Honor commitments: Regular, timely attendance in alignment with the work schedule and coverage needs.Support the team: Perform other duties as assigned.What We're Looking For:To excel in the Assistant Pricing Coordinator role, you'll bring:Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent or a combination of education and experience.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with guests, team members, and leadership.Basic computer knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.A detail-oriented and adaptable approach to handling pricing adjustments and store promotions.A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent guest service.Physical Demands & Work Environment:The physical demands and work environment described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Standing for extended periods of time.Lifting up to 10 pounds on an occasional basis.Frequently bending at waist level, kneeling and reaching above shoulder level.Continuous repetitive hand movement, grasping and fine manipulation.Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures.Work Schedule:This is a full-time role, with shifts typically scheduled during the day from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts.
