Minimum Qualifications:
- A Ph.D. or ABD in organizational behavior, strategicmanagement, or a closely related field from an AACSB-accredited institution is required.
- Applicants whoare ABD with a dissertation defense date and completing all degree requirements before December 31st, 2024 will beconsidered.
- The applicant must have completed 19 graduate credit hours in management from an AACSB-accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- An established recordof scholarship in organizational behavior, strategic management, or a closely related field.
- Teaching experience in bothface-to-face and online asynchronous modalities.
