With a faculty of experienced members and state-of-the-art laboratory infrastructure, SSBS offers master's programmes in Biotechnology and Biochemistry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Assistant Professor positions (2 Nos.) in the area of proteomics and metabolomics data analysis at SSBS in Pune. The selected candidates will teach courses in genetics, research methodology, metabolism, bioinformatics, statistics, data science, proteomics, and/or metabolomics at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. They will be expected to establish independent research programs by securing extramural funding, publishing in high-impact peer-reviewed journals, and supervising Ph.D. as well as UG/PG dissertation students. The role also includes contributing to academic development and routine administrative tasks.QualificationsApplicants must hold a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline, along with postdoctoral experience from nationally or internationally reputed universities/institutions.
