Position Summary Austin Oaks Hospital is seeking qualified, energetic candidates for our Assistant Program Director of Outpatient Services for our Branches South Location. The Assistant Director of Outpatient Services is accountable for the leadership and strategic management including ensuring the strategic direction and planning of outpatient program services, program marketing and referral development activities. In collaboration with the CNO, Medical Director, Director of Outpatient, this position assesses, develops, implements and evaluates program philosophy, goals, objectives, and treatment interventions. This position provides the leadership necessary for successful program development and maintenance through appropriate, organized, and program focused referral development activities. Location Austin Oaks Branches San Marcos 1330 Wonder World Dr #108 San Marcos, TX 78666 Job Duties and Responsibilities Program Planning and Treatment Professional Collaboration Personnel Management and Staffing Clinical Leadership Performance Improvement Comply with all Administrative, Clinical, and Human Resources policies and procedures. Must actively support the mission, philosophy, and goals of the hospital. Must be able to communicate with sensitivity to growth, development, and cultural issues. Maintains professional demeanor in dress, attitude, support of unit milieu, and hospital mission and philosophy.
