City and State Baxley, Georgia Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Assistant Project Manager to support electrical construction projects including airfield lighting, high‑mast/sports lighting, underground utilities, and other heavy electrical scopes. This role supports the Project Management team in planning, execution, coordination, and closeout activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Pay Range $75k-$95k per year Key Responsibilities Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budget coordination Manage RFIs, submittals, documentation, quantity tracking, and daily reporting Organize and maintain project documents, logs, and change-related items Support development of master schedules and 2‑week look‑ahead schedules Monitor field progress, track milestones, and communicate delays Review daily field reports and ensure field teams have correct specifications Participate in jobsite safety efforts, toolbox talks, and PPE compliance Coordinate materials, equipment, logistics, and timely deliveries Assist with billing preparation, cost tracking, and project controls Support meeting scheduling, agendas, minutes, and follow‑up actions Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in electrical construction (trade, FE, APM, or PM support role) Experience on projects up to $5M Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, Sage, Viewpoint, MS Office (including Project), and Bluebeam Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes Ability to work in fast‑paced project environments including evenings/weekends as needed Must pass background checks and drug screening Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S. Ability to travel approximately 50% Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $75,000–$95,000 (weekly pay) Company vehicle + fuel card or vehicle allowance Annual performance bonus Paid vacation (starting at 2 weeks), paid holidays Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits Continuing education and certification support Company‑provided technology (or stipend) Relocation assistance available up to $7,500 Position Number 26896 Quality Labor Management (QLM) provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, transgender status or sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
