Assistant Project Manager Apply
This position will report to Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global. Job Summary The Assistant Project Manager will support project planning, execution, and closing phases for plumbing and mechanical projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while maintaining high quality standards. Job Responsibilities Assist Project Managers in developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Conduct site visits to track project milestones and ensure compliance with specifications. Support cost tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting for assigned projects. Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers. Assist in quality control procedures and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Participate in project close-out activities, including final inspections and documentation. Job Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or assistant project management, preferably within the plumbing or mechanical construction industry. Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed. OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
