A well-established General Contractor is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career, gaining exposure to projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities:

• Support project delivery from preconstruction through completion
• Assist with bidding, take-offs, estimates, and subcontractor coordination
• Help manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
• Track schedules, budgets, and project progress
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Assist with QA/QC processes and project closeout activities

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in construction or project support
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
