Job Details What You’ll Do Support PM with budget tracking, cost reports, forecasting, and buyout
Draft and manage change orders from pricing through approval
Coordinate subcontractors on scope clarifications and compliance
Lead portions of OAC and subcontractor meetings
Review pay apps, code invoices, and track project financials
Oversee closeout items, including punch, O&Ms, and turnover docs
What We’re Looking For Typically 4–7 years with a GC/CM (PE → Sr. PE background ideal)
Comfortable managing cost, schedule, and documentation
Procore/Bluebeam experience preferred
Bachelor’s in CM, Civil, or related (or equivalent experience)
