We are seeking to add an Assistant Project Manager to our growing and talented Branded Environments Team in PWCampbell's Philadelphia-area office. This position requires the individual to be detail oriented, a strong communicator, and client focused. Objectives of this Role This position is responsible for assisting project managers with projects that include interior and exterior signage, cosmetic renovations, and residual installations. Success within this position is expected to lead to promotion to the Project Manager role. Responsibilities Assist with creating project documentation and organization Support project execution from planning through implementation, including fabrication, installation, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors Provide support on cosmetic renovation projects, including occasional remote weekend work as needed Maintain RFQs, purchase orders, and work orders for product installations Coordinate schedules, resources, and stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager, including product receiving, kitting, and shipping Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and successful delivery Communicate project status updates to Project Managers and client representatives Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred One year or more of experience in project management or related industry Ability to occasionally work on the weekends with additional compensation Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing and verbally Strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment Above average computer skills including experience with Excel, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based project management tools such as is preferred Strong organizational skills are a must Compensation & Benefits Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Short & Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401k, and PTO Annual bonus based on personal and company performance We are an equal-opportunity employer, promoting a cooperative, team-oriented environment and empowering all employees to deliver the best in quality service for our clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
