$110-120kDirect Hire Role - PTO, Benefits - Relocation package if need beJOB DESCRIPTION- Release equipment, understand schedules and budgets, assist with change orders, and anticipate scope gaps. - Teach and unify the team, particularly Project Engineers (PEs), for cohesive project execution. - Oversee installations, including work plans, submittals, RFIs, take-offs, and PE checklists. - Coordinate daily with subcontractors to discuss progress and address issues. - Conduct site inspections to identify potential errors or issues. - Assess coordination needs prior to construction activities. - Provide training and support to current Project Engineers. - Oversee construction of major structures like chemical buildings, treatment buildings, and gravity thickeners. - Plan and manage integration of new structures with existing ones. - Utilize Bluebeam Studio for documentation and collaboration. - Summarize daily progress, update checklists, and prepare for the next day's activities.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEo 2-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer with water/piping/waste-water civil projects o Understanding of mechanical systems, process piping, process equipment, and overall plant processes. o Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications. o Bluebeam experience, used for documentation, and viewpoint o Experience with Microsoft Suite o Driven and organized individual
