This expansion creates opportunities for employees to take on meaningful responsibility and grow within a stable, team-oriented environment.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate service projects from intake through completionSchedule field teams and align resources with project timelinesCommunicate with customers regarding updates, timelines, and expectationsManage project documentation including reports, change orders, and invoicingTrack labor, materials, and basic job costingSupport project managers in maintaining organized workflowsIdentify and resolve scheduling conflictsEnsure all project-related paperwork is completed accurately and on timeQualifications1–3 years of experience in project coordination, assistant project management, construction, or engineeringBackground in commercial construction or mechanically oriented environments preferredBachelor’s degree preferred (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field)Willingness for occasional travel (10%) within the Boston metro areaMust be authorized to work in the United States
