The Opportunity Provide administrative and functional support to Owner’s Representatives, Project Controls, and Program Management teams across multiple projects. Assist in project delivery by coordinating planning, scheduling, and execution of concurrent workstreams. Attend key meetings, take minutes, track action items, and drive follow‑ups to completion. Manage project documentation systems, shared folders, and workflows (including E‑Builder) to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support project controls, including capital planning, master scheduling, and monthly executive reporting on status, risks, budget, and quality. Coordinate communication between client, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to align on progress and next steps. Monitor onsite progress through field walks, ensuring safe practices, tracking critical activities, and addressing delays or variations. Assist with cost management processes, including invoice reviews, purchase order closeouts, and cost tracking. Manage site operations, including contractor onboarding, access control, visitor coordination, and general administrative support.
