Salary/Pay Rate: $120,000 - $145,000 Competitive annual salary based on experience plus Performance Bonus. Location: Onsite - Bay Area, CA Job/Employment Type: Full-Time. Schedule: Monday - Friday. Project Scope: Commercial Construction. Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required. The Opportunity You will jumpstart your career in construction management by working directly alongside industry experts to deliver complex commercial projects. This entry-level leadership track provides you with the mentorship and hands-on experience necessary to master project lifecycles from groundbreaking to closeout. You will play a vital role in ensuring project efficiency while growing within a supportive, fast-paced team environment. How You Will Make an Impact Support the Project Management team in the daily administration and coordination of commercial construction activities. Track project schedules and milestones to ensure all phases of the build remain on target for completion. Maintain clear and consistent communication between subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to prevent operational bottlenecks. Assist in the preparation and processing of essential project documentation, including submittals and change orders. Monitor on-site activities to ensure work aligns with architectural plans and company quality standards. Contribute to project meetings by recording detailed minutes and following up on critical action items. Promote a culture of safety by ensuring all site-specific protocols are understood and followed by field teams. Required Qualifications & Experience Strong interest in developing a long-term career within the commercial construction industry. Proficiency in construction office technology and a willingness to learn specialized construction management software and parallel systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional correspondence. Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment and adapt to changing project priorities. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Previous internship experience or exposure to a construction site environment. Basic understanding of reading construction blueprints or technical specifications. Weekly pay cycle.
