$70,000 - $85,000 Including 401k, Insurances, PTO and Bonus Long Island, NY (commutable from Huntington, Blue Point, Medford, Ronkonkoma) Are you an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer with ground-up commercial construction experience looking for the opportunity to get training and mentorship from a local leading general contractor? The Role Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Subcontractors and Vendors to ensure work progresses. Lead and coordinate quality control meetings, Support safety planning. Prepare and review submittals, RFIs, change orders. The Person Experience in construction project management or coordination Ground up Commercial construction experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore. The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.
