In this role, you will be shadowing the project manager to supervise the day-to-day client relationships and liaising with departments to manage schedules, budgets and maintain a smooth and high quality construction process. The Role Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Subcontractors and Vendors to ensure work progresses. Lead and coordinate quality control meetings, Support safety planning. Prepare and review submittals, RFIs, change orders. The Person Experience in construction project management or coordination Ground up Commercial construction experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore. The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.
