Taylor Management is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to help manage one of our residential properties. In this role, you will assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional customer service skills and a strong commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction and community engagement.
  • Monitor maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships and the execution of service contracts.
  • Maintain organized resident files and records, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • High level of professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
