Job Description:
Quest Asset Management, Inc. is seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Property Manager & Social Services Coordinator for a 124-unit senior apartment community in Sherman, Texas. This combined role is located at the Villas of Sherman, an LIHTC (low-income) development. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of onsite property management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle social services coordination for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.
  • Coordinate social services for residents, including referrals and connecting them with community resources.
  • Oversee the move-in and move-out process for residents, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with lease agreements.
  • Ensure the property remains in compliance with LIHTC regulations.
  • Provide administrative support, including handling resident inquiries, processing work orders, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and contractors.
  • Assist in preparing property reports and assisting in the annual budget process.
  • Ensure that property operations meet the standards of quality and service set by the company.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-year onsite management experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional, poised, and polished demeanor.
  • Experience in managing senior housing or knowledge of social services is a plus.
  • LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) knowledge or experience is preferred.
