Ability to oversee restaurant condition, ensuring compliance with policies and health standards. Skill in ensuring food quality, presentation, and freshness. Experience using P&L and store reports to implement improvements. Ability to interpret operational documents and manuals. Proficiency in computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required if you have at least one year of restaurant management experience.
