A high-volume, established restaurant brand is seeking motivated Assistant Restaurant Managers for opportunities throughout Broward County. This role supports daily operations while helping lead a high-performing team focused on quality, service, and results.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily restaurant operations and ensure food quality and safety
• Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members
• Partner with the General Manager to drive sales and control labor
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns quickly
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with company standards and health regulations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3–5 years of restaurant leadership experience
• ServSafe Certification required
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and scheduling system proficiency
