Job Description

Must have experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR) or fast-food. The Assistant Manager will assist the General Manager in leading the restaurant and is responsible for successfully carrying out the company's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Assist GM with overall responsibility of unit
Supervise and coordinate all BOH activities; Train and manage kitchen personnel
Recruit, hire, train, and development of Crew & Hourly Leads
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
Demonstrate passion and commitment to employees and guests

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years Management Experience, preferable quick-service or fast-food
Proven track record in leading and developing people
Strong attention to detail
Experience using food ordering systems (POS)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills

Ability to work morning, nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
