Assistant Sales Executive / Sales Executive – JTEKT SALES ASIA PACIFICJTEKT SALES ASIA PACIFIC (Singapore) (formerly Koyo Singapore Bearing (Pte) Ltd) is ASEAN Regional Aftermarket Headquarters established last January, 2024. It is part of JTEKT group with the head office in Japan. The Singapore office has set foot since 1979, as regional sales hub to provide support and services to all JTEKT Group around the Region such as Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa and Australia.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccountable to manage customers PO ordering and forecast with ASEAN & Japan office. Required to handle of daily emailing and support within company and customers.Attend to customers forecast and monthly order management.Assist in input inquiry to Japan and other direct factories and generating purchase requisition to Material Control Department.To follow up for lead time reply from factories, acknowledgement of sales confirmation from customers.To liaise with Shipping Department for incoming shipment for urgent unstuffing, invoices for OE customers prior to shipment.Other tasks as assigned.Minimum Requirements·        Willing to learn, good attitude·        Proactive thinking·        Mainly desk bound role to handle OEM, Intercompany and AM customers·        Min travelling is required, but may have ad hoc travelling upon request.·        Min Diploma in engineering is preferred.Expected Salary: SGD 3,000 – 3,500FYI.
