We are owning and operating a hotel with 65 keys, coffee shop & banquet halls in the IT Hub of Gachibowli Hyderabad.About the RoleThe Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for selling hotel products and services, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends.Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Required SkillsProven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with CRM software.Knowledge of hotel management systems.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary based on experience in the range of 3.60 LPA -4.80 LPA, along with performance bonuses and benefits.
