Assistant Secondary Principal Start Date: August 1, 2026 Location: To Be Determined Salary: $84,915.00 to $113,485.00 - 215 Day Contract Qualifications Master's degree in education, including at least 12 semester hours in secondary administration, supervision, and curriculum A valid Ohio teaching license for secondary school principal At least five years experience in education, including three in secondary classroom teaching Strong academic background with demonstrated knowledge in curricular areas and State Standards Experience in working with diverse student populations Leadership in building a positive school environment with staff and students Interpersonal skills to develop collaborative decision-making relationships Ability to promote character development among students Experience in analyzing data from multiple sources to affect results Ability to communicate ideas and directives clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing Training in OTES required prior to August 2018 JOB DESCRIPTION: #J-18808-Ljbffr
