We are seeking a Assistant Service Manager that ispassionate about providing an exceptional experience for customers and their team. We owe our success to the efficiencies we create in every corner of our company and the people at each level who make that happen. Woody Service Advisors are the face of the dealer service experience. Their hard work makes it possible to uphold Woody’s company philosophy, providing quality vehicles and the best possible service. Their smiles and pleasant demeanors keep customers coming back time and time again. Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 annually Responsibilities: Seek opportunities to provide an exceptional experience. Ensure that customers receive courteous and efficient service. Greet customers in a friendly manner and obtain vehicle information. Provide updates on vehicle status, concerns, warranties, maintenance and repairs. Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines and procedures. Work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision. Review individual CSI, sales and production metrics daily. Set goals for individual performance and seek opportunities to improve. Drive business through training and high-level involvement in operations. Collaborate with coworkers to solve problems for customers and the department.
