C&J Automotive Service Advisors are essential team members as the face of the shop and the clients' main point of contact throughout the repair/maintenance process. Schedule appointments. Main point of contact for client, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc. Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of. Receiving/ordering/posting parts. Managing parts returns and warranties. Review digital inspections. Requirements Automotive Experience. Attention to detail and strong organizational skill. Valid drivers license. Sales Experience. Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset. Ability to work in fast-paced environment with a customer satisfaction focus. Have strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
