We’re looking for an Experienced Assistant Service Manager to help lead daily service operations, support advisors and technicians, and deliver a consistent, professional customer experience. What You’ll Do Support day-to-day service department operations Coach and support Service Advisors on process, sales, and CSI Help manage repair order flow, scheduling, and shop productivity Assist with customer escalations and issue resolution Enforce pricing, policies, and process discipline Monitor key KPIs (ELR, hours per RO, CSI, productivity) Work closely with Parts and Sales to keep operations running smoothly What We’re Looking For 3+ years dealership service experience required Prior Assistant Service Manager or Senior Advisor experience preferred Strong understanding of service workflows and RO management Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Organized, calm under pressure, and process-driven Valid driver’s license What We Offer Competitive pay plan based on experience Stable, growing dealership with clear expectations Opportunity for advancement Health insurance and benefits Paid vacation (based on tenure) Professional, respectful work environment Apply with confidence.
