Experience in maintaining high employee retention and developing leaders. Ability to assist with merchandising and marketing programs. Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs. Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of retail management experience. Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
