About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Territory Manager (ATM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales leadership skills, proficiency in sales platforms, and a strong understanding of office products. Additionally, the candidate should have marketing skills, be customer service-oriented, and be proficient in social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn. The Assistant Territory Manager must be a multi-tasker with exceptional organizational abilities.

What You'll Do

  • Assist the Territory Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the healthcare sector
  • Utilize sales platforms effectively to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote company products and services
  • Manage social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn, to engage with clients and prospects
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects and deliverables
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in a B2B sales role
  • Proficiency in sales platforms such as Oracle Sales Cloud and/or Salesforce software.
  • Strong knowledge of office products and their applications.
  • Marketing skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills, written and verbal .
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Travel required 30%.
  • Familiarity with products and services in the DNV Healthcare space, including accreditation, certifications, and training, is a plus.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

For the states of Colorado, New York City, NY, California, Washington, and Connecticut only, the range of starting pay for this role is $55,000-70,000USD.

Year one - ATM's will participate in DNV's Profit Sharing Program. Year one is intended to be a training and development year. Year two and beyond - ATM's will participate in DNV's Sales incentive program. Beginning in year two, the ATM will be assigned a percentage of territory commensurate with their experience. Each year that goal will be evaluated and adjusted to meet territory goals
