In this role, you will support the development and implementation of training programs designed for law enforcement professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the delivery of training sessions, managing training logistics, and contributing to the evaluation and feedback processes. You will work closely with experienced training personnel to ensure high-quality training experiences, maintain training materials, and help coordinate training events. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of training programs for law enforcement personnel.

  • Gather and compile feedback from trainees and instructors to assess training effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, evaluations, and materials.
  • Contribute ideas for improving training programs and methodologies.
  • Stay updated on training best practices and trends in law enforcement.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in training support or administration is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of law enforcement practices is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training management software.
