The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' related claims experience, with at least 8 years in a supervisory role, and a proven track record of driving performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities for the Assistant Vice President include defining and motivating performance to meet area and branch goals, using analytics and technology to enhance team efficiency, and managing multiple priorities to ensure the team's success. The role demands a professional with a High School Diploma, a minimum of 15 years' related claims experience, and at least 8 years' of supervisory experience. The candidate should be appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are being handled and have a strong knowledge of all team member-related functions.
