The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading global programs, partnering with cross-regional technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the disciplined execution and value realization of these initiatives. This role demands a professional with a strong background in enterprise-wide program management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. The Program Manager will also be tasked with owning program documentation and governance, ensuring alignment with project and program governance, and proactively managing risks and issues. Applicants for the Data and AI Program Manager position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, vendor management, or related roles. Experience in IT compliance, data management, or AI project management is a plus. The role requires a candidate with a strong technical understanding of software engineering concepts, knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies, and proficiency in project and productivity tools. A PMP certification, data governance, or other project management-related certifications are highly desirable.
