The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in the management and resolution of E&O claims across internal business units. This role demands the ability to navigate complex claims, advocate for optimal client outcomes, and consult on risk management issues. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of 5 years' in a related claims role, and a strong knowledge of claim and coverage issues. Excellent communication skills, the ability to use business-related software, and a proactive, problem-solving approach are essential. Preferred qualifications include recognized insurance designations, a Juris Doctor (JD), and admission to a state bar association in good standing.
