As our Assisted Living Nurse Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a big heart. You'll be the guiding force behind our care team, fostering a culture of compassion and excellence.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor our care team, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment
• Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents
• Coordinate with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
• Oversee medication management and administration
• Conduct regular health assessments and monitor residents' well-being
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Foster a warm, home-like atmosphere that enhances residents' quality of life
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate interventions
• Advocate for residents' needs and preferences

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Current LPN or RN license required and in good standing
• 3+ years of experience in assistant living or long-term care nursing
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of senior care best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in working with seniors
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed
