Requirements
- LPN licensed required in the State of Virginia, RN license a plus
- Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and, Adult First Aid from the American
Red Cross and/or American Heart Association - Must be considerate and respectful of the rights, dignity and sensitivities of aged and disabled persons
- Must be clean and well-groomed
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing as applicable to their
job responsibilities - Background check(s) consisting of a sworn statement or affirmation and criminal history check free
of barrier crimes - Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience in long term care facility or assisted living facility
- Must possess strong written and oral communication skills; and ability to maintain confidentiality
residential information - Must be proficient with a computer to include utilizing an electronic health record (EHR) and
electronic medication administration record (eMAR) as well as Microsoft Office
