Role Overview We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service Management to join our Wealth Services Client Service team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL. Responsibilities Participate in the end-to-end client service delivery model and reports on client satisfaction. Participate in issue resolution of moderately complex day‑to‑day issues and engage internal partners as needed. Collect data on the execution of service commitments. Build an understanding of clients’ business. Serve as a project member on projects to help clients streamline their operating model across our franchise. Engage in a culture of continuous service improvement, including digital adoption. Build relationships with business partners. May engage in client service activities related to client service or sales support, including assisting in the creation of RFPs, KPIs or client documents by providing required data. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Client Service experience preferred. Financial Services experience preferred. Retirement account expertise preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills. 3–5 years of total work experience preferred.
