Job Details Position: Associate Accountant. Location: Online applications accepted only. Schedule: Monday - Friday. Requirement: In office. Pay Range: $24.00 per hour to $28.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available. Job Summary The Accounting Associate will uphold the vision of the Financial Division to ensure service-oriented customer relationship management and efficient financial operations. Key Responsibilities Balancing daily and month-end accounts receivable to general ledger balances Investigating outstanding invoices, making collection calls, negotiating payment terms, and processing liens for collections Entering data into accounts receivable general ledger accounts Assisting the financial department with various administrative tasks Performing other duties as assigned In charge of the weekly closing process Reconciling warehouse inventory Verifying cash deposits Working with Regional Controllers and Accountants to research and resolve ledger discrepancies Maintaining books and making corrective journal entries Acting as liaison between Field Operations & Accounting, banks, and third‑party banking vendors Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 1‑3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting, or equivalent education with the ability to demonstrate an understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks Ability to analyze information and resolve issues Demonstrates strong attention to detail, communication skills, data‑entry skills, and math skills Benefits Full‑time and part‑time positions offer the following benefits: Retirement Plan, Associate Shopping Program, Health and Wellness Programs, Discount Marketplace, Identity Theft Protection, Pet Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, including Critical Illness Insurance, Accident Insurance, Hospital Indemnity Insurance, Legal Services, and Choice Auto and Home Program.
