Associate Application Developer (#9723) Location: Warrendale, Pennsylvania (Hybrid schedule: in-office/remote) What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform to meet evolving business needs with appropriate guidance. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points and opportunities for workflow automation. Translate business requirements into scalable, user‑friendly solutions, ensuring performance, usability and alignment with governance standards. Develop using an Agile approach by quickly delivering proof‑of‑concept apps and workflows while using feedback loops to refine usability and functionality. Optimize applications and system resources to ensure performance, scalability and maintainability. Adhere to established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards, including coding, testing, documentation, deployment and incident management. Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business requirements and ensure successful adoption. Stay current with emerging technologies and Power Platform capabilities, recommending improvements and innovation opportunities. The Expertise We are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a comparable technical/engineering field, or equivalent work experience (required). Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) (preferred). Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including SharePoint Online, Teams and Outlook (preferred). Experience with relational data sources such as SQL Server (preferred). Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience designing user‑friendly, business‑focused applications (preferred). Experience working on Scrum/Agile projects, Azure DevOps (or similar tools) and Git code version control (preferred). Experience with backlog management, gathering requirements and testing (preferred).
