The Role

As an Associate Director of Client Success Analytics, your work will directly influence the trajectory of our clients’ business. You’ll lead a team dedicated to transforming data into strategies that fuel growth and optimize performance.   • Develop and execute data-driven strategies that directly contribute to clients’ business goals
  • Lead a team of analysts to deliver insights that drive revenue and enhance performance
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to maximize impact
  • Continuously measure and refine strategies to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients

Requirements

  • University degree or college graduate in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, related quantitative discipline, or the equivalent hands-on experience in Marketing or Marketing Analytics fields
  • 7+ years of experience working with data, reporting and analysis in performance marketing
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with exceptional presentation skills
  • In-depth familiarity with digital advertising platforms and ad servers such as Facebook, Google Ads, DV360, and Campaign Manager
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of operational excellence
