We pride ourselves on delivering innovative and effective legal solutions, and we are in search of a committed Employment Law Attorney to enhance our growing team.

Position Overview

We seek a skilled and driven Employment Law Attorney to manage a wide range of cases involving discrimination, wage and hour disputes, harassment, wrongful termination, and various other employment-related issues. The perfect candidate will possess a deep knowledge of both state and federal employment laws and will take charge of all litigation aspects, from discovery through to trial preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a varied caseload of employment law cases, including discrimination (harassment, age, race, gender), wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination issues.
  • Advocate for clients in both individual and class action lawsuits, encompassing PAGA claims.
  • Manage every facet of litigation, which includes discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, and oral presentations.
  • Formulate case strategies, pinpoint essential legal issues, and strive for favorable outcomes, whether through settlements or trials.
  • Prepare legal documentation, such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
  • Ensure robust client communication by keeping clients updated on case status and advancements.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to enhance case strategies.
